At Black Moon Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your otherworldly purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our lunar base.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
